I didn't realise a lot of this book was vegetarian, but you just grill a chicken breast if you want to add meat.
Otherwise good recipes and has been fairly easy to cook with limited strange ingredients.

From the Publisher

A cookbook that you'll use every night of the week.
Vegetables are at the forefront of nearly every recipe in Week Light, with a few meat options thrown in, and there are lots of my all-time classics re-worked to include more goodness. This book is about using food to refuel and re-energise, while nurturing ourselves with flavour. Happy cooking!

I like this cookbook, lots of fresh ideas.
Some are however bland and are more of a side, also some of the recipes are a bit complicated (for me anyway)
But overall i like this cookbook.

Mouth wateringly good

I buy a LOT of recipe books. A home cook who takes her craft seriously. I never write book reviews, and I would say only 50% of my purchases find a home on my kitchen bookshelf, flour speckled and sauce blots marking out my favourite recipe pages. This book only arrived today, and after looking through for ten minutes I can tell it's a keeper. Beautiful pictures tell me what my masterpieces should look like, and ingredients in English measurements (thank you Donna) immediately make my cooking life far easier. Today I shall be trying out the crunchy quinoa schnitzel!

It’s Donna Hay - what’s not to love. Beautiful, clear, gorgeous recipes. I really appreciate that she has gone for a lighter style. Both very readable and easily cookable. Donna Hay is the absolute best.
