Beautifully written, and totally encouraging for anyone wanting to improve their health and well-being. WHAT’S MISSING FROM MEDICINE provides the reader with practical resources for lifestyle change.

What I loved most about the book is that the tone set by Dr. Stancic’s written words was not “preachy.” Written with clarity, there’s a certain sense of “you can do this.”

It’s hard to imagine that Dr. Stancic once lived a confined life d/t a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. Today, she is living proof that “food as medicine” is a key to living a productive life.

Sleep. Exercise. Plant-Centered Plate...and more.

The templates at the end of the book will help the reader develop better sleep hygiene patterns, eating, etc. The eating templates focus not only what you eat, but focusing on the importance of the “designated eating area.”

Thank you to Dr. Stancic for sharing the book. Friends and I are starting a book club, bec the topics of the book are so important, especially, today.
