High carbs just make everything that much worse. I got the easy Keto cookbook to try and was really surprised just how easy it was to make good tasting food that didn't make thing worse for me. So naturally I wanted the new Easy Keto carboholics cookbook for more recipes.
I got to say I'm not very good in the kitchen but these recipes are so easy to make with so few ingredients I'm able to make great food

The book starts with some basic guidelines, and information about common food substitutes to have in the kitchen. Then there are recipes divided into 12 categories. Each recipe has the normal preparation instructions; but then also contains nutritional information, pictures of the food, and even extra tips and suggestions. There is also a QR code link to the recipe that you can open in the Easy Keto app if you scan it with your phone.
The recipe categories are:
Bread – 10 recipes
Soups and Sandwiches – 6 recipes
Potato & Rice Substitutes – 11 recipes
Pizza – 7 recipes
Pasta – 11 recipes
Mexican – 8 recipes
Fried Foods – 9 recipes

I really love this cookbook. It can be difficult to find new delicious things to eat when you are trying to adhere to a ketogenic diet; and this book has some great recipes for foods that are usually off-limits when trying to stay in ketosis. I really appreciate the inclusion of nutritional information, and plenty of pictures of the food. The QR Codes that link to the app are also a nice touch. I think that anyone that eating a low carb diet will really enjoy this cookbook, it is one of my favorites!
