These wireless mics are great for band practice or karaoke. They even make for a nice simple small PA when connected to an amplified speaker. We have used it this way a few times since it will plug in to a 3.5mm auxiliary port.
We mainly use them with my grand daughters karaoke machine for just that reason. She loves the wireless freedom it gives her. She can walk all over the house singing her head off.
I like that they are such high quality, and work as back up mics at band practice. I can plug the receiver right in to my board and get two matched microphone signals. I can’t individually set them, but that isn’t an issue for how I am using them.
I like that they are indeed all inclusive too. They come with the mics, the receiver, the battery for the receiver, the spit guards, and the plastic rings that make it so you aren’t smacking the actual microphone down whenever you set them down. And they keep them from rolling off and hitting the floor. That’s always bad.
The only thing you need to add are 4 AA batteries. We have been using rechargeables and have been having excellent results. They run all night and everyone has a great time.
These are well built mics. They have a nice solid heft to them that I associate with quality microphones. They work great, and pick up voices very accurately. You also do t have to eat them. I’ve had mics you practically had to shove in your mouth for them to pick up. These work great at normal ranges. Even with the pop filters.
Very happy with them. I’ve used this brand before and been happy with them, so I am very glad to see these working as good.
