About this item

    This fits your .
  • Enter your model number to make sure this fits.
  • Fine wooden shape sorter box with twisting lock door and screw detachable rotating wheel sorter. 10 pieces of wooden blocks in 5 shapes and colours
  • It is much more fun than just a conventional wooden shape sorter. Apart from normal shape sorting without the rotating wheel, children can screw on and off the rotating wheel or just spinning it for fun; twist and turn the lock for opening and closing the door
  • For shape sorting: all the shape slots in one end makes easier for children to compare the different shapes. Children can remove the rotating wheel first as a normal sorting box. For more challenges, attach the rotating wheel on the top, put the right shape block in the appropriate hole then rotate the wheel around until it drops into the correct hole of the box
  • This wooden sorting toy is suitable for 3 years plus. If played by children under 3, an adult should be present to supervise and enjoy the interaction of children with this toy. It is an ideal educational toy for children to encourage hand-eye co-ordination and problem solving, whilst learning about colours and shapes
  • Safe and environmentally friendly: it is made of sustainable wood with environmentally friendly and non-toxic paints. It conforms to EC EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA toys safety Standards; being tested and certified by International Accredited Labs.

Bellissimo giocattolo educativo preso per mio nipote come regalo complementare di Natale.
La qualità costruttiva è ottima, così come la verniciatura e la robustezza. Le manopole sono fluide. Consigliato per bambini dai due anni in su

I've read one of the comments here about the lock in this box, but decided to get it anyway. I don't get the problem, as it can remain unlocked but nevertheless shut, so that a young toddler can easily open it without cracking the lock mechanism :-) The shapes are safe, size-wise, though I must admit one or two of them can be inserted through more than one of the designated shaped-hole. Even still, I love it. More than other items of this kind, since it's design is of natural wood color, and it is simple and boxy, my son can actually focus on the purpose of it, and not get distracted with glitters/shininess/too many colors etc.

My 18 month old at first did not know how to put blocks in and get the blocks. I kept showing her how to do it. I showed her that the stencil on top had to be matched up to the right shape and then you push the blocks through. I also had to show her that the door doesn’t just open but you had to unlock it to open it. She first learned the opening part and she’s still practicing to put in the blocks. This toy I believe to be helpful to the development curve 😁
