I was a bit sceptical about the brand but the monitor has been performing fabulously so far. If it will work in the long run only time will tell. In mainly use it for work so really didn't need a high spec unit, but the big selling point for me was the vesa suitability so I could use my existing extendable arm. I found that there are cheaper deals on the Internet but the returns process from Amazon is second to none , so more of an insurance policy to pay a bit extra

I can't recall which PC Builder site I stumbled across whereby quite a few number of people recommended this monitor of which brand I'd never heard of before, but I'm extremely happy with my purchase and bang for back on what it delivers. It's absolutely gorgeous to look at - bright vivid colors and clear crisp resolution at 144Hz. I specifically purchased this for a new build for Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) and the scenery just looks absolutely breathtaking on it. I highly recommend it!

Partiamo dal presupposto che sta rendendo così popolare questo monitor, ovvero l' aver abbassato enormemente l'entry point per un UW 1440p 144hz, ma ovviamente nessuno regala niente, di certo non Xiaomi.

Innanzitutto il pannello in questione non è assolutamente nulla di nuovo, è un "vecchio" Samsung in commercio da un paio d'anni ed i suoi pro/contro sono noti, Xiaomi l'ha semplicemente montato su una struttura solida, di ottima qualità e con una buona retroilluminazione, ma esattamente come questo monitor abbiamo anche: L'AOC CU34G2X, Gigabyte G34WQC-EK, per citarne a alcuni.
Pro:
-Guardate le altre recensioni e riduceteli di un onesto 25%
Contro:
-Il pannello è dichiarato per 4ms, OVVIAMENTE NON È COSÌ, il tempo di transizione media, attivando un livello aggressivo di overdrive è più del QUADRUPLO, stiamo parlando di un pannello VA dopotutto, dichiarare 4ms è unicamente marketing.
-Il pannello è dichiarato per 144hz, tuttavia per il motivo scritto subito sopra più di metà delle transizioni impiegano più dei 7ms necessari per un vero refresh a 144hz.
Motivo per cui il monitor è venduto come 144hz MA IN REALTÀ SI TRATTA DI UN 120hz, in ogni caso di ottima fattura e qualità.

Tirando le somme, se volete entrare nel mondo ultrawide con un ottimo monitor, sicuramente questo xiaomi è un eccellente candidato, ma come al solito, vale esattamente quello che costa.

Wahoooooo incroyable. Je viens d'un écran 24 pouces Samsung en 144hz et je passe a celui ci.
Premièrement je suis impressionné par la taille du carton l'emballage était parfait contrairement a d'autres site internet qui ont reçu le carton direct avec l'écran. La c'était dans un autre carton bien protégé.
J'ouvre l'emballage je prend l'écran je mets le câble display port fourni et le câble alimentation (l'alimentation est intégrée à l'écran pour info) avec et j'allume. Ça pique les yeux tellement c'est grand.
Je vais dans affichage et je met 144hz et la les icônes deviennent lissé sur le bureau. J'active le freesync dans le menu osd situé sur la droite de l'écran. Puis je lance youtube en 4k et wahoo quel qualité de détail. Je test après un autre film 4k de 80 go la même. Quelques réglages avec VLC sont nécessaires pour enlever les bandes noires et remplir l'écran.
Bon passons aux choses sérieuses. Je mets call of Duty et la ... La claque j'ai pu baisser le pov tellement l'écran est large du coup ça me permet de bien voir sur les côtés et franchement ça le fait. Le freesync carbure bien mieux que mon ancien Samsung et j'ai l'impression que mon jeu est bien plus fluide et jolie.
Je tourne a 90 images secondes avec une vega56 en ultra sur call of. Avant je tournais à 90 aussi mais j'avais le pov a 120. Du coup on y gagne en largeur dans détriment de la qualité. J'ai testé plusieurs jeu et la résolution donne une baisse de 20 images secondes donc c'est tranquille.
En bref je vous conseil cet écran c'est que du bonheur pour les yeux et les jeux vidéos.

Merece la pena la inversión?

Xiaomi, que vino hace relativamente pocos años a nuestras vidas con sus teléfonos móviles, tablets y accesorios, ha lanzado en este año (2020) esta aparente ganga, aunque con algún defecto notable para los más exigentes.

Entrando ya en materia, nos encontramos ante un monitor gaming curvo de 34” con resolución 2K nativa, y con una tasa de refresco sobre el papel de 144HZ y tecnología Freesync de AMD.

Actualmente buscando monitores con estas características no encontramos ninguno que las ofrezcan características más relevantes (34”, 2K,144hz) que nos ofrece el Xiaomi, a un precio inferior 1000 Euros, teniendo en cuenta que este monitor está a la mitad de ese precio de entrada parece un producto muy atractivo, pero es interesante tener en cuenta otros aspectos que he podido comprobar tras su adquisición y que detallo a continuación:

👉🏼TAMAÑO: 34” Es un tamaño espectacular para ser un monitor, me pregunto cuál será el límite y que habitación hay que tener para futuras entregas, teniendo en cuenta que televisores pensados para salón de hace 10 años eran de 32”. Con estas pulgadas debemos mantener una distancia prudencial del mismo por varios motivos como pueden ser: salud ocular, observar toda la escena en un único vistazo y no tener que girar la cabeza para percibir toda la información de la pantalla.

👉🏼CURVATURA: 1500R esto es menos pronunciada que la competencia, lo cual hace más agradable la navegación web, el diseño y la ofimática con el mismo, sin perder tampoco inmersión en la escena en usos gaming, gracias a su gran tamaño.

👉🏼DISEÑO: De color negro mate con un acabo minimalista en los bordes lo cual hace que se perciba como un monitor moderno a la vez permite “unir” varios de estos monitores, ofreciendo una “junta” de unión mínima.
Con respecto a la base, nos permite regular la altura de la pantalla y también su inclinación y rotación como era de esperar, evidentemente no se puede poner la pantalla en vertical ya que es curva.

Han tenido un cuidado en algunos aspectos que no he visto en ningún otro monitor como es que el pie se acople por presión y desacople activando una leva sin atornillar nada, siendo muy estable.

Las conexiones se tapan tras una tapa magnética haciendo que todas salgan de la misma “rama de cables que continua por el pie del monitor también con tapa magnética dando sensación de que no hay cables si tenemos un agujero detrás del monitor, en mi caso no lo he usado por el momento porque pienso ponerle un brazo para dejar la mesa libre.

👉🏼CONEXIONES: Me parece que es un numero adecuado con 2 HDMI y 2 DisplayPort, faltado sólo una conexión VGA por si tenemos algún periférico que sólo admita esta conexión como pudieran ser unas viejas cámaras, pero siempre podemos utilizar un adaptador para cubrir esta necesidad.

👉🏼PANEL: SVA que proporciona un ángulo de visión de 178º tasa de refresco de 144 Hz y un tiempo de respuesta de 4 milisegundos, características más que suficientes para la mayoría de los consumidores.

👉🏼IMAGEN: La imagen que ofrece este monitor está muy bien con un colorido uniforme sin fugas de luz, un buen contraste, si bien le falta a mi entender un poco de brillo (entre 400 y 500 Nits hubiera sido lo adecuado) lo cual hace que en las horas de más luz deba bajar mi persiana para evitar reflejos indeseados. Aquí echo de menos el HDR para contenidos

👉🏼CAPACIDAD GAMING: Llevo jugando al PC desde los tiempos del “simon the sorcerer” que para los que no conozcan venia en disquette (años 90), y he vivido prácticamente toda la evolución de las pantallas que ha habido, cambiando la misma cada dos años por regla general porque el hardware es mi pasión.
Todas las características del monitor XIAOMI son adecuadas para convertirse en un monitor gaming, pero voy a centrarme en la tasa de refresco ya que para mí es la más se debe exigir. Cuando tuve mi primer monitor de 144hz de 24” el cambio en la tasa de refresco desde los 60hz significó un descanso increíble para mis ojos y un mayor disfrute de los juegos tipo FPS y de coches que son los que en general más me gustan y requieren una velocidad de tasa de imágenes elevada y cuanta más fluidez nos ofrezca el monitor mejor.

Hasta ahora he utilizado también dos monitores Asus de 165Hz por overclock y la suavidad en la entrega de imágenes con respecto a uno de 144hz no se aprecia en exceso por lo que esta cantidad (144hz) me parece suficiente para jugar en condiciones, PERO hay que tener en cuenta que actualmente esta pantalla no está certificado por nvidia como G-SYNC compatible lo que hace que en teoría la tasa de refresco baje a 120Hz con este tipo de tarjetas que suelen ser mayoritarias en el mercado hasta la actualidad, esta diferencia de Hertzios con respecto a 165hz si que la noto algo más si bien te adaptas a esta tasa en cuanto llevas diez minutos jugando. No obstante, si vamos al menú “propiedades del adaptador de pantalla” del que os pongo una foto, se puede “forzar” al equipo a que trabaje en 144hz y ahí si disfrutamos de todas las características de este pedazo de monitor.

En cuanto al resto de características, he de decir que no se puede pedir más por menos y lo considero el monitor más completo en este rango de precios, y espero que pronto nvidia certifique la compatibilidad G-sync para disfrutar de los mencionados 144Hz, sin utilizar el truco antes indicado.

📝VEREDICTO: Por todo esto y en especial por su increíble relación Calidad/Precio, recomiendo encarecidamente su compra ya que no hay nada ni parecido en estas pulgadas y precio, y adquirirlo significa un antes y un después viniendo de una pantalla “común”.

Ich benutze den Monitor ausschließlich für das coronabedingte Home Office. Keine Ahnung, warum diese Displays fast immer nur als Gaming Monitore vermarktet werden. Ich finde, dieses Format drängt sich geradezu für Office Anwendungen auf.

Zur Gaming Eignung kann ich mangels geeignetem Rechner nichts sagen. Aus meinem über fünf Jahre alten Lenovo Notebook holt der Monitor über HDMI jedenfalls die volle Display-Auflösung mit 50 Hz Bildwiederholrate heraus. Das war mir wichtig und reicht mir auch völlig aus. Farbe, Kontrast und Helligkeit sind für Office Anwendungen auf alle Fälle in Ordnung. Das Kabelmanagement ist ziemlich gut, die Kabel verschwinden weitgehend hinter magnetisch haftenden Gehäuseblenden. Der Monitor lässt sich in der Höhe und im Winkel horizontal und vertikal einfach verstellen. Der Stand auf dem Schreibtisch ist sicher. Leider hat der Monitor keinen eingebauten Lautsprecher. Aber das ist für mich bei dem Preis verschmerzbar.

In Summe ist das Gerät für mich ein gut aussehender und gut verarbeiteter Curved Monitor ohne viel Schnickschnack zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Guter Monitor zu vernünftigem Preis

Hatte den Monitor schon länger im Auge und als er hier verfügbar und für 469,- EUR angeboten wurde, musste ich zuschlagen.
Der Umstieg auf einen 34 Zoll Monitor mit 21:9 ist spürbar. Man hat das gesamte Spiel vor Augen oder wenn man nur so im Netz unterwegs ist genug Platz für die verschiedensten Fenster und Anwendungen.
Hatte davor einen 27 Zoll Curved Monitor von MSI. Im Vergleich zu diesem hat sich das Sichtfeld gefühlt fast verdoppelt. Möchte nicht mehr zurück auf ein kleineres Format.
Der Aufbau des Monitors ging einfach. Es wird auf Schnellverschlüsse gesetzt und man muss nur eine einzige Schraube kurz andrehen und schon ist man fertig.
Positiv anzumerken ist auch die gute Einstellbarkeit des Monitors bzgl. Höhe und Blickwinkel. Das habe ich bei meinem alten vermisst.
Die Farben sind hell und leuchtend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Bildwiedergabe ist flüssig und das Bild gestochen scharf.
Im ersten Eindruck hat mich Xiaomi's Gaming Monitor auf jeden Fall überzeugt und ich kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen.
***Update***
Nach nun fast einem Monat im Einsatz kann ich nichts negatives über den Monitor sagen. Die Bildqualität überzeugt mich nach wie vor in jedem Game und auch bei Netflix.
