Simple Setup

Connection

Step 1: Connect the DVR with the power adapter, monitor, and internet cable.
Step 2: Connect the cameras with DVR via the extension cables.
Step 3: Connect the cameras with another power adapter with a 1 to 4 power splitter.
Step 4: Download ZOSI Smart App to remote control the system.

Please note:

This wired camera security system can work without an Internet connection, but if you need to view the cameras remotely, then you need to connect the DVR to the internet.
This item does not come with a hard drive.
HDD Compatible with our DVR: Internal SATA 3.5" Consumer Electronics HDD.

After installing this product, I was impressed with the quality of the video and the ability to monitor my property via the internet on my mobile phone. However, when I adjusted the recording settings to lower the frames per second from 25 to 2 (to conserve disk space) I found no difference. It was still recording at 25FPS. An email to Zosi confirmed that despite having this setting, it actually doesn't work. There are actually multiple choices on FPS for each camera, but apparently, they do nothing. After 3 emails asking why have the setting if it doesn't work, I was informed they would pass it on to R&D. Not much use for me, as I need to keep the recordings for legal reasons. At 25FPS, this isn't practical. As I said to them, you would expect that if there is a setting, it would work.

Horrible app it always says camera offline and Quality is not at all 1080 (scam) They had few days ago 3TB in advert and now it has been amended to 2TB and i received the 2TB hard drive. No response from the seller. Cost of installation was twice the cost and now i am stuck with the product. Will raise a complaint to them for a refund. Once any udpate from them will update here.
