Does this have a box to store the refills in ?

No it does not come with box but it has a resealable ziplock plastic to store wipes. When you reach halfway, you will find a paper which preserve moisture of remaining wipes. I have no issues yet but I prefer 80 pack wipes with 11 month old. With newborn babies , these are perfect.

Yes. Buy the plastic tub.. First.. Size of a tissue box. Then the refills .

No, there is only 400 wipes in this box, no box provided. You will need to buy the box separately.

No it doesn’t you would need to buy the box separately. They come in big sealable plastic bags so you can’t even chuck it at the bottom of the pram.
