i’ve plugged everything in but they won’t turn on

There are little arrows on each connecting end. Make sure each arrow align with each other. Hope this helps.

Make sure the remote control has clear line of sight to the white box. Remove the battery case on the remote control and press the buttons down hard and for 2+ seconds
