No you need to download the Amazon photo app and use it to display the photos on your device, hope this helps you , if you are heavily into the Apple eco system it’s hard to go to amazon, it’s a choice you need to make as both are great but different in their operating systems, cheerio

It will display photos from amazon photos which in my case syncs from my iPhone and is a replica of what’s in my iCloud so yes in a roundabout way

Hey my echo does a slide show of alll my photos and it has a camera in front so you can ask Alexa to take a photo too. Love it

No you have to download the Amazon photo's app and ad your photos onto it. Then you can display your pics as a background on the clock face.

I'm not quite sure as i don't have icloud. However this device allows 2 options: displaying photos using Amazon Photos app (you will need to download this app) or if you wish to update your echo show 5 home screen with a single photo-this can be done using your Alexa app under the device settings "add a photo from this device" (from your mobile phone or tablet).
