How come a $25 USD camera become $109 AUD ? More than 4 times of its price ?

Some excess profit being made here. I don't know what US import fees have to do with it. You can buy from Amazon.com (USA) for $37AU + $9.25AU shipping from the USA to Australia. I did. Note: You will need a standard 5V USB power plug to power it.

US Import fees, domestic shipping fees and Amazon fees which leaves the seller with only a small profit.
