Why am i getting "sorry something went wrong" when selecting the video icon form the home menu? the device is connected to wifi and music works fine?

I don't know the answer, but the whole device is ultra disappointing. What is available on it is hit and miss, one day it can call up free to air news services, the next day it says it is unable to. It's a monumental waste of time.
