Answer:
Yes, the 2019 Paperwhite supports bluetooth. You need to go to Settings > All settings > Accessibility > VoiceView Screen Reader. Turn on VoiceView Screen Reader which will trigger bluetooth configuration.

The official documentation completely fails to explain this.

I can;t see why you cannot. I pair my computer via bluetooth to my kindle so why not hearing aids.

I haven't faced this personally, however I am sure I read that once you register the kindle all of your books are available to every device.

Yes if they are in the Kindle app on your iPad they will be available for download to your Kindle once you log into your account.

Battery charging is not related to book content or memory usage. so no.

Deletion may require restoring from archive then normal delete steps, never done it yet, I am a new user of ereaders.
