No, it does not act as an on/off switch. It is only to join around your neck so it doesn't fall while running.

Sorry to tell you this Q30plus earbuds cannot connect to two devices on bluetooth at the same time. If you want to connect another device, you need disconnect the original device and then pair the other, please understand.
