As the screen is very small with small fonts you will have readability issues if you require reading glasses like me. But your Bluetooth headphones will communicate well with it once connected. I use Soundpeats 'Force' wireless headphones with it which are great.

Yes, I can confirm that volume, play ,pause and track skipping is controllable with Bluetooth headphones (Soundpeats in my case)

I don't believe it does. It's a storage device that plays the music you have stored on it.
I use it to listen to my music or the radio while working in the yard. Previously I had a Sony MP3 player but it only had 4GB and no Bluetooth so can now store all my music and don't have headphone cable getting caught in branches.

 A trick is to hold the play button to shut off, and it will resume in the same spot when powered back on.
