Yes it will. The camera records directly to the SD card fitted and does not use wifi to do this. Obviously the camera will need to remain connected to its power source.

You most likely cant, I don't think the cameras have been made to support the Australian market just yet. the adaptors will work with 240V if you want to use them with a plug adaptor. Or just buy different adaptors ( you can find then on Ebay for a few bucks) still a fairly cheap camera

The cameras are supplied with a power source and cable to run the camera. They do not have a rechargeable battery therefore if the power goes out the cameras will not work.

They connect wirelessly to your internet router.
