I would suggest it is, I have one of these in my Canon R6 and I’ve able to take an unlimited amount of photos at 14 shots per second on full resolution until the card is filled

This is a SanDisk Extreme PRO SD UHS-I card.
UHS-I cards are designed with one row of pins.
UHS-II cards are all designed with two rows of pins.

Its really hard to find the largest capacity that can be used with this camera in the specs, but I think 128GB should be ok.
SanDisk is a good brand, if recording 4K, buy the fasted card you can, like the extreme pro.

I'm not sure but I know it will fit in a Nikon D90 but it would have to be formatted in the camera before it would work properly.

Not sure as I'm not efficient with MacBook Air. If it has an SD card slot I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work as the SD cards don't appear to be computer breed specific.
