Charge them for a few hours then hold the Right ear button down for 3 seconds. It should pop up on your Bluetooth

I bought this for my son - from what I can tell you have one power adaptor with one long cord that has the part to join to the adaptor at each end - it comes on a reel so we have not extended it the whole way out - he only wanted 3m so he cut it off and the rest is still sitting there - sorry I can't be of better help

Do you have any idea why? Have you plugged it in and pulled the plastic tab out of the remote? so the remote works?

Hi there, I asked my daughter and she was not sure, she said maybe try pairing each one separately to your phone. Also maybe as there from the same box and if you are using 1 each, it may have the same paring code. Or you could pair 1, then pair the other and change the name of it in the actual phone.

Yes this works fine with Alexa once you download the skill. Not sure about google home as I do not have one.
