Answer:
Amazon's Alexa calling and messaging feature enables you to make and receive calls, as well as send messages between Echo devices, the Amazon Alexa app for iOS and Android, and Fire tablets. It's a new way to contact family and friends. The best part? The feature is completely free to use, as it works over Wi-Fi.

Answer:
Can change language to many languages, including English-Australian; this changes Alexa's voice and the voice recognition. There's many different English variations, US, UK, Australia, India(Oddly, this one understands me better than Australian), and more. You can change on a device by device basis or on all devices.

Answer:
Otherwise, as mentioned above, the Echo Show has two full browsers and the Home Hub has none. The Echo Show also has a built-in camera for video calls. The Home Hub doesn't. The Echo Show doesn't have a physical shutter for the camera, though, so depending on your feelings on privacy, the cam might not be a good thing.
