If you cannot drill then the only option would be to ‘stick’ the mounting bracket to whatever surface you have using some weatherproof super-adhesive. You could investigate using cable ties to attach the mounting bracket, as long as they don’t interfere with the slide/lock of the camera and the mount. Hope this helps. No, they all have it. I have the regular stick up cam and it has infra red vision at night. Works amazingly well at night.

No, the solar panel is extra. The batteries need to be removed from the product and charged via USB charger.
