You can sideload binge and kayo apps on the firestick thru the downloader app. They work great, can also download Foxtel now app

The Firestick Lite is not 4K, however I have found the video quality better than the same apps used on my Panasonic 4K TV Netflix Amazon Prime etc hope this helps

To watch your 20 odd free to air you use your tv hand piece. But you can load all the free to air streaming stations via the fire stick. I find it very easy to use.
