Yes. Please do not connect the LED strip with LED's end to end, it will cause uneven brightness of the two LED strips. The correct connection method is to connect the two light strips to the controller, and the controller is in the middle of the two light strips.

i have bent the whole strip at 90° without any connectors and mine worked.be sure not to bend where the led is plus minus a centimeter shud b fine.

My son had the same issue. Unplug the lights they mite not be put right or tight enough and see how you go

there is a brightness increase and decrease button, if that doesnt work then reconfirm the wattage on the power socket/supply which came with the strip. if it is giving the proper power output or not. maybe u can take the strip to a shop and try a similar power adapter to see if they glow properly
