Don't buy this if you want to use on your laptop.. It won't connect to my windows 10 or imac.

I have purchased one and will be returning for a refund.

Sorry, to meet most customers' use habits and extend the life of the product, our TT-BH053 Pro wireless earbuds are designed: If the earbuds have been turned off, they should be put back to the charging case at first, then you could turn on the earbuds again. It is the same as most other TWS earphones… see more

To cancel an order, if you realize you have ordered the wrong item, just reach out to Amazon as soon as possible, because once it has been put in the system it's to late, or to hard. You would normally get a couple of hours before hand.
