I wanted to get a Mp3 player that wasn't an Ipod because I am over them so after extensive research I came across this one. For the price I thought it was too good to be true, so I decided to buy it since it was so cheap. I've had it for about 24 hours now, so here are my thoughts. I like the overall design of the product. The Menu Screen is very low res, so it wouldn't be good for photos, e-books and videos. I just use it as an Mp3 player. The screen displays album art and song information which is fine. However, I had an issue with album organization. If I have a 2 disc CD, and if it's labeled "Disc 1" and "Disc 2" separately, it would still copy into the same album, even though it displays as 2 separate folders on the player's folder menu, which is very annoying and I want to know how to fix this without having to rename the album. However, the player also supports M4A files, which is excellent, as well as mp3s. To copy files onto the device its just a simple drag and drop method. Playback is fine and the sound is really clear and solid. However, sometimes if I move it around too much I would start to hear a bit of crackling noises from the headphone jack as if the jack is loose which shouldn't happen. It's normally fixed if I unplug and plug the headphones back in, or not move the player around. 16GB of space is very generous especially since it comes with a micro SD card slot. I have a 64 Gig one and it supports up to 128 Gigs of extra space, so that is really good value for money. The recorder button is underneath the power button and sometimes i'd accidentally press the recorder button during songs when I want to turn the screen off. I'm pretty sure i'll get used to it eventually. The battery has lasted quite some time and hasn't run out yet. It charges via the usb cable which is a standard usb c and not any of that lightning cable nonsense. Overall i'm very happy with the product, I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for these few issues I had with it but i'm pretty sure they can be fixed. I do recommend the product if you're looking for an Ipod alternative.
