Just received it and got it to work. Setup is a bit cumbersome if you are not techie, too many steps on different apps and settings screens. Not sure why the account on the cloud is a must. It is a device in my LAN I should be able to control without access to internet but is not the case. Good light for a work environment, home office. The lack of branding on the box is confusing, not clear who manufactures the app and the bulb. Seems to be common in this sector as I have seen in other devices. Hope not to need to contact support for warranty. With the product I received a card offering a reward for a review the process involves we send an email to a random outlook email what does not seem very safe as you must provide your PayPal account and they will have your email, not very unsafe, but not very professional either. I have decided not to get the reward.

The bulb is not working anymore.
I have barely use it and it has blown.
So, not a long lasting product.
