Customer Review

If you plan to use the unit to assist with navigation, forget it! The unit relies on the navigation app on the phone, which I expected, but what I didn’t know till I tried to use it is that once you say give me directions to xx, you have to press the phone screen to actually start the directions. Since touching your phone is illegal in most of Australia while driving, this makes it completely useless. I have also had problems with the unit actually hearing me and responding, and my car is very quiet with road noise. I have tried moving the unit around the car and the only place it can consistently hear me is if I hold it in from of my mouth like a microphone. So the short answer is don’t waste your money - the idea has promise but a lot of work is required to actually make it useful
