- Cable introduced lots of interference where there was none before, a constant low level buzzing/humming. Doesn't seem to be shielded.
- Poor build quality, loud crackling over speakers whenever the wires near the connections were moved.
- Braiding is very rough plastic. You know when you buy a bag of oranges, that plastic mesh... same sort of stuff on this cable. It makes the cable hard to manage (i.e. cable does not want to loop or bend without a fight) and looks cheap and nasty.
