I like the vocal feedback on status of headphone on power on, power level, pairing/connection. It takes away the guessing game of current status. The passive noise cancelling provided by the soft ear cup is good. The active noise cancelling works well in cutting out low frequency noises. I can see this headphone useful when travelling on the plane. The mic quality is good (I checked with a few callers while working from home, even swapped with my partner to check). Talking on a good noise cancelling headphone like this takes some getting used to though because you can't hear your own voice well. The adjustment on the headphone was enough for my head (I've a relatively big one). If I were to nitpick, I think the spring back force is a bit high, but I'm getting used to it after a few days. I reckon the spring back force is needed to ensure a good seal around the ear (which it does). I think the package with the casing is a nice touch to travel with the headphone (had to straddle between home and office sometimes). I have only tried using the headphone over bluetooth, but the package came with 3.5mm cable if choose to use (maybe next time). I'm not an audiophile but I'm happy with the audio. Overall I like this headphone and would recommend it.
