Easy to use in the middle of the night. No time wasted waiting for a reading on a temp, especially when your baby or child is feeling unwell and doesn't want to sit still for you to read a temperature that takes up to a minute to get from the old style thermometers. I used the older style Ritalia Thermometer for the last 2 years and have loved this one even more. Easy to use - safe for use on babies too. Comes with batteries which is a great plus. Travel easy with this thermometer with its own carry case to keep it safe in baby bags. Love it.
