Just upfront, I believe that I have been given a defective product. From the start, I had trouble with formatting and mapping the drive. Eventually I was able to make it work after hours of troubleshooting to then fail once again after transferring files onto it. I am returning the product and will be buying a name brand product such as Samsung instead of this piece of garbage.
