I wasn't sure if I'd end up liking Alessandra when this book started, but halfway through I really warmed up to her character. Kallias was also a fantastic character. Their story was very good and I enjoyed the plot twist at the end, which I didn't see coming.
This is the first time I've read a book by this author and I'm looking forward to reading more by her.
