Great Christmas gift for my elderly parents with the usual muscle pain. This unit was a cost effect way to test if it would help relieve their sore muscles and help loosen up tension, sure did. About 10-15 minutes in the same position with heat helped a lot and being a flexible unit was able help reach other positions to target muscle pain.
