So I had to move recently and when I went to take these down off the walls/ceiling they took a chunk of the plaster with them.
The product itself does what it says, although beware if you do roomscale VR that you'll trade tripping over the cable for necking yourself with the cable. A slight problem I had was that the points where the cable would interact with this shifted a bit over time causing bunching, and if you turn too many times in one direction it'll get tangled. Also, beware of dodgy headset/cable design, my HTC Vive Pro cable broke only a month into using this Cable Management system after it developed a kink where the cable leaves the headset as there was more tension on the cable. Not a problem with this particular product but it is something to consider if your headset can handle the extra constant tension (for roomscale).
