Picked up my new Echo today - my first Amazon device - initially disappointed that my prime membership account is not recognised with no way to open Prime Video. Contact from amazon tech resulted in glitch resolved; a default factory reset and firmware update helped. On the plus side, the screen is great and speaker sound very decent. Alexa has no trouble understanding me. Enjoying the product fully - within the Australian limits. I recommend getting the stand as really does help. One star off because there is no keyboard search function within YouTube or Prime Video, Music etc.
