Great book, potentially life changing for anyone who takes the information and advice at heart. Easy to read, backed up with science. No need to start at the beginning, you can just pick the chapter that you’re most interested in but it would be silly not to read the whole book. Anyone in healthcare and education should read this book and start spread the message of the importance of sleep. And if you can get your teenager to read this, even better. Highly recommend this book.
