Liked that you could adjust site massaged by moving your arms or positioning in a different spot. - so quite versatile - doesn’t need to just be used on the neck/shoulders. You can adjust the intensity/speed of the massage. It provides a very firm shiatsu massage.
Arrived within a few days as described. Looks well made.
Disliked: you can use your arms for anything else when using the massager. You need to be within about 1-2 metres from a power point to work as it doe not charge. I like a very firm (almost agresive) massage but if you don’t some peope would find it painful. Can massage a bit to “narrowly” around the neck so and the could get painful.
