I was born in 1950 and have a science background (PhD in Chemistry) but not much physics. I was always fascinated by Einstein’s theories but have realised by reading this beautiful gem of a book that my understanding was limited. I am really none the wiser (actually, a bit the wiser) but will read it again and again and again for the sheer joy of reading it and also in an effort to better understand the unexpected mysteries of time as presented so lucidly in such an extraordinary work.
