PS4 - Assassin's Creed Valhalla. After playing 14hrs into the game... Getting.
"Cannot continue using the application.
The data for the following application is corrupted. Delete the application from the PS4 and then insert the disc again."

It’s a serious glitch as there’s not much incentive to play if you can’t guarantee that hours of progress will be there when you return. :(
