Both of the globes failed to work with Alexa, one would only work with the phone app but had trouble connecting to wifi the other would not connect at all . Your help line was excellent and spent considerable time in trying to find a solution without success. I bought a Mirabella lamp and had instant success so the problem was definitely the Zombber lamps
