This issue cannot be fixed with Corsair's iCue program either as the microphone's default settings are 100/100 and you cannot increase it at all (and there's also a chance that you just can't install the program anyway, only for it to be useless). The headset being too loud is at most a minor annoyance but paired with the worthless software and bad mic quality this headset is really not worth buying.
