Sleek design, compact footprint and fast speed but ports not compatible for Mac other than Time machine. USB 3 port did not work. Documentation implied it was Mac compatible, which it was in some instances. Support took over a week to reply and that was a non understanding of the question as to what formats the USB ports supported. Had to downgrade to one star and return.
