The mouse is kind of narrow for me (albeit I've been using Razer Naga for many years, and am used to that). Also the mouse keeps tracking, even if you lift it off the mousepad, which can be annoying in games. Also, the very top button on the thumb side of the mouse cannot be pressed whilst also holding the left mouse button. The software does come on a Mini CD, but can easily have the contents copied to either USB or uploaded to cloud and downloaded on a laptop (in case yours doesn't have an optical disc drive, as mine doesn't)
Other than that, of course it is a budget gaming mouse, great value for money, software works well, you can add macros, you can utilise keystrokes either in macros or just on its own. RGB colours and effects are nice. Definitely a solid budget RGB mouse.
