The good, the bad and the ugly:

The good :
- wireless connectivity is instant the moment you turn on headphones
-the sound is very good
-noise cancellation is excellent
-you get notified via Google assistant of any incoming messages
-the speak to pause feature is great
-the skip to next song flick feature on the RH headphone is great
-Google assistance feature to control Google Play is come a long way
- the headphones fold very nicely into the high quality pouch that Comes with them
- the battery life is excellent and the google assistant tells you when it is time to recharge

The Bad:
-sometimes when using the RH headphone finger flick to up the volume, it changes to the next song and doesn't turn up or down the volume.
-I was not able to set up Alexa after countless attempts. The security that Amazon have put on this set up is difficult to resolve. Maybe Alexa set up will be easier for you. Great to have Google assistant instead to fall back on.
-the headphones get too warm. After not too much time, I am having to remove the headphones as my ear get too warm. I bough this headset in winter so it wasn't too bad but not sure how I would go in the warmer months
-Google assistant has trouble sometimes finding songs with voice command. After a few tries, I just give up and play songs manually from phone. A lot of times Google assistant gets it right
-positive pressure build up when listening to songs. The noise cancellation is great but your ears feel slightly pressurised which is not that great
- Phone call quality: I do not think it is great. In fact, it is average and the ear pressure effect is even more noticeable during a call (slight effect)
- Headphones are not built for outdoors: I get the feeling that if it rained, the headphones would be ruined.
- the ear pieces are delicate, can get sweaty after some use
- The charging cord is very short

The REALLY UGLY:
THESE HEADPHONES ARE PRODUCING STATIC SOUND OUT OF THE RIGHT EAR. IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE TO LISTEN TO MUSIC OR NOT BE FRUSTRATED BY THIS STATIC SOUND THAT THE RIGHT EAR CUP WILL DEVELOP ON THIS MODEL. APPARENTTLY SONY IS REFUSING FLAT OUT TO COVER THIS FAULT AS THEY CLAIM IS DUE TO MOISTURE OR "LIQUID" ENVIRONMENT. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A $500 LEMON
