Like others have mentioned here, my copy did not arrive factory sealed either. Looking at the cart inside it has the ESR "12" rating imprinted on it rather than an Australian "M" rating. Looks and feels like a cheap grey import rather than a proper authentic copy. I expect better for a product supplied by Amazon directly with no indication in the original listing that I would be receiving anything but a "new" sealed and authentic copy of the game, rather than an unsealed version of dubious origin.
