I took away 1 star because the tilting is impossible on this one. You can only adjust once and have to tighten it back otherwise it wont hold.
Overall, very happy with the item. Delivery is amazing time frame. Package is well packed. Would highly recommended this one.
This is a good value monitor mount. Swivel and rotating are easy. It holds my 27” screen just fine, firmly and sturdy. VESA bracket is accurate, no filing needed.
