The quality is good, and it is solid feeling and they are cheap enough to keep one with every pair of headphones.
I ordered one from a 3rd party seller (not the ARKTEK store) and it was FAKE and did not work at all.
Make sure the seller is the ARKTEK Store to get a genuine one!
I have ordered a handful of these connectors and they work just fine with my phone (S20)
