I have the audible version and I actually like the guys voice. He says that we may nod off during his reading as his voice is a bit soft. Once you get used to it, and focus on the content it is a great book. I like the way he backs up his points with studies and provides examples. He outlines the importance of sleep and what happens when we don't get enough of the right quality of it. Well worth the read or listen
