So far a great Dock but it was not 100% plug and play.
My HDMI Monitor was not registering to start with and it required the install of the Dell Drivers for the Dock to resolve.
I like the layout of this dock compared to the one I use in the office as there are 2 USB ports on the front instead of the one I am used to and a USB-C too.
I also like that the USB ports on the back that I use for the Keyboard and Mouse are side to side instead of stacked one on top of the other which made plugging in cables easier (not that I intend to really unplug anything going forward).
