These headphones work with phones and tablets just fine but have tried on many computers and laptops running windows 10 and they will not connect no matter what I try. A bit of googling suggests that this seems to be an issue for some other people also. I have tried many suggested options with pairing and resetting but have not managed to get them to work on the computer.
