all in all- very dissatisfied with ARLO. camera quality during the day is acceptable but at night [even with sensor lights on]- it falls apart and becomes unusable. ARLO make it practically impossible to save footage on a local hard drive: many hard drives are incompatible and ARLO would not assist with it [as it eliminates the need for their subscription]. TERRIBLE customer service! Camera alerts and feed is lagging. one good thing- batteries last a while.
